1. Non-Refundable Items

Customized business cards are non-refundable once production begins.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour post-payment if production hasn’t started.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report defects or errors within 3 days of delivery. Photo proof may be required for replacements.

4. No Returns for Change of Mind

Returns are not accepted for personal preference changes.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds issue via original payment method or store credit within 5-7 business days.
